A workspace in Olney. Built for professionals who are sick of spare rooms, cafes and commuting to Milton Keynes.

A workspace in Olney. Built for professionals who are sick of spare rooms, cafes and commuting to Milton Keynes.

Three years in. Still working from the Kitchen Table?

3 years ago you made a decision.

To escape the commute to an office, where Sandra's speakerphone kept going off every 10 minutes, and everyone around you got as loud as possible at 9 am on a Tuesday.

You left. To a garden, a peaceful countryside, maybe got a dog, and a spare room that became your new office.

It worked for a while, and probably still does. But slowly it started being empty.

With no one 3 feet away to bounce a problem off, no quick "how are you?" with coworkers from other departments.

You lost the office of people around you getting serious work done.

But that loneliness wasn't because of your decision.

It was the world, always either "countryside or career" and no one ever gave a third choice.

The office Olney hasn't had.

Olney Workspace was built for independent professionals, small teams and growing businesses who want everything they need within steps of their desk, not miles from it.

Mark Reynolds

Director

After more than two decades of hybrid working and years spent in senior roles within large corporate organisations, Mark knew exactly what a spare-room office does to a working day.

He'd lived the version most people are stuck with now: professional, capable, and completely alone for most of the week, driving to Milton Keynes when he needed a proper meeting room and using coffee shops the rest of the time.

What he never had was a workspace built for someone like him, in a town he lives in. So when the opportunity came to build one, he brought the same standards he'd spent his career holding himself to: the discipline of hitting targets minus the corporate distance. Olney Workspace is what he wished existed twenty years ago.

Louise Reynolds

Director

Louise spent years in medical and professional recruitment, sat across the table from the exact people this workspace is built for, hearing firsthand what makes them stay in a job, a firm, a space, and what makes them leave.

That's shaped every decision here, from the layout of the desks to the hours the coffee bar opens.

She runs the day-to-day at Olney Workspace: the booking system, the member requests, the small fixes before anyone notices something's wrong.

Opening This Summer.

No commute, No distractions, No garden office.

You've been settling for the spare room, café Wi-Fi, and the drive to Milton Keynes for too long.
